CLCC - A Summer of Revival - Week#5 Vision
Without a vision people cast off restraint. Without a vision people perish. We want you to ask the Lord for a vision for yourself and your family, from God's perspective. We are promised in Acts 2:17 and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams. Vision is God's idea! What God shows you, you can have faith for.

SPEAKER_01See you move in this community, not just in our church, but in every church. So we pray for revival in Jesus' mighty name. If you're in agreement with that, say amen. Amen. God bless. God bless. Praise God. Amen. I uh this is our our fifth week. I've been talking about revival. And I'll say again what I have been saying, and that is I'm not interested in stirring your emotions, even though emotions can be a big deal, especially if you're used to being led by them. Right? If your emotions, uh some people live, they don't live, they don't know how to live out of spirit, so they live out of their emotions. And especially if you are emotional, now that's gonna be a problem for you because you're gonna have to learn to live out of spirit. Right? Amen. Thank you, thank you, amen. So learning how to walk by faith and to live out of spirit is gonna be different than you just thinking here and saying, This is what I think the right thing is. So I believe God can give us a strategy, God can give us a plan. I was talking with someone this week about a time when I just asked God to give me a prayer strategy, and this is not the message, this is the prelude to the message. I said, God, give me a prayer strategy because um that there was a member that we had at the time whose daughter had been arrested on the largest drug bust in Ginnett County history. She just happened to be the driver. She was not a drug dealer, but her boyfriend was. How many of you know that if you're in the wrong place at the at the wrong time, bad things happen? And so I didn't know how to pray, and I just said, God, this, I mean, this looks like it's pretty well over for her. She's looking at 25 years or something, and she's just the driver. She just drove him over. I just need to go talk to these guys over here. We're doing some business and blah de blah, and next thing you know. So I said, God, what are we gonna? I said, I felt like the Holy Spirit said, pray that they will find something. They will find, there'll be something that they find somehow that will prove that she she's never been there before. She don't know them in any way. Lo and behold, the GPS in her car proved, after months and months, the GPS proved her car had never been there before. They found out she'd never been there. She said, I've never been there before. I didn't even know what he was doing. They said, Yeah, right. She said, I'm telling you, I don't know. I didn't, I had no clue what he was doing. She said, it's not that I didn't know he did drugs. I just didn't know he was doing this. Months later, months later, they come back and say, Well, you know what? She was right. She's never been there before. It's the first time this car has ever been here. You know they track stuff you don't even know they track, right? And so I'm saying that because you can pray what you think is the right thing to pray, but sometimes you need a prayer strategy. You need Holy Ghost to give you a prayer strategy so that you understand how to pray. Otherwise, I'm just praying. God ignite a fire in them, right? God help them overcome. God, you know, God, so I'm just praying a general prayer of saying, God, your will be done. Revive us, O God. And whatever that, because that may be different for you than it is for me. See, it may be totally different of what he wants to do based on where you are, right? So today I want to take the next step in our revival uh series, and I want to talk to you about vision. And I don't want to talk to you about vision from the standpoint of you need to get one. I want to talk about vision, and I want you to understand that vision is, there's so many things with vision that are important. Um we know that the Bible says, without one, people perish. Now, one version says it this way: without a vision, people cast off restraint. In other words, what keeps me moving in the right direction is I have a vision. How many of you know if you can see something, if you get a vision for something, you can believe for it. What you can see, you can believe for. Even if you don't see it in the natural, you see it in the spirit and you know where God is taking you, right? So what you see, the vision that you get is important. Your self-image, how you see yourself, how you see yourself is important. You say, why is that important? Because really the truth is we walk out the vision of ourselves that we believe we are. Am I right about it, Elder Scott? You walk out the vision of who you believe you are. And I'll give you a quick story, and this will help you understand. Recently, I was praying about who I am and what God wants for me and what my future looks like and all these things. And I realized in my prayer that I saw myself as a fixer. Now it's good to be a fixer, right? It's good to be a fixer. You fix things, you know, you fix certain things. So I go to work and I'm I'm a fixer. Somebody comes with a problem, and I say, Well, this is what the word says, so I'm fixing that. So you can begin to see yourself as a fixer. And I said, God, I I want to see more. I'm all about seeing more. I want to see more in my life and in your life and in the church. I want to see more. But the vision that I'm seeing is that of a fixer. So I'm trying to fix a situation. I don't even know that y'all need to be fixed, but you got a fixer for a pastor. And I heard the Holy Spirit say, Oh, you're much more than a fixer. You just can't see it. You're much more, oftentimes, you don't realize what God's put in you. You don't realize what He's already given you that nobody can take away from you. And then, so here's here's um here's something I recently heard, and this will make the point where you can understand maybe what I'm what I'm where I'm coming from. So I heard a lady say, I felt the Lord telling me that I was supposed to write a book. And she said, I wasn't an author. And so she said, the Lord said, start declaring over your life that you're an author. And she said, God, I've looked in the dictionary, and authors are people who've already written a book. And the Holy Spirit said, If an apple tree gets cut down before it ever produces one apple, is it still an apple tree? And she said, Of course I had to say, Well, of course it is, God. And he said, She said, I felt like the Holy Spirit said, If you come to heaven and you don't ever write a book, you'll still be known. And she called her name as the author, who never wrote a book. In other words, she said, the Holy Spirit was saying to me, It's already in you. Get a vision for it. See yourself as that. Now, admittedly, if you don't know the scriptures and you don't know what I'm talking about, it sounds on the outset a little new age-ish, but it's not. It's they stole it from us, they stole it from the Bible because uh you your self-image and how you see yourself and what God's put in you, the issues start even sometimes when we're very, very young, and you begin to believe stuff about yourself that isn't true. And if you're not careful, you will live that out. You'll you'll be 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 years old, and you'll still be believing a lie about you. Because if I don't, I I'm thanking God that I'm that I can fix things. I'm talking about not, I don't, I I will not fix your car. You do not want me fixing on your car. But I can fix cameras and software. There's some things that I'm really good at fixing, but I'm not, I cannot be defined by one thing that I do, neither can you. You can't. So let me look at a few things. I just want to draw your attention to vision. And vision specifically with how you see yourself. Because it's going to determine so much about how you live and who you believe you are. And, you know, you we've got people sitting here today that for one reason or another you don't believe that you've ever measured up. You believe that you're just, man, you're one, if you could just get over this one hump, I would be more than enough. If, if I could, if I could really, if I could be this, if I could do this, I would, man, I think God could really use me if I could be that. And there are things that we all have to overcome, but I want you to understand that you're already created in his image and after his likeness. He didn't make a mistake when he made you. And you may have believed things and not walked out things that he has for you, but I want you to understand what you believe can empower you or limit you. What you believe about yourself can empower you or limit you, what you believe about your family, what you believe about uh things that you've had difficulty overcoming, what you believe about those things really is important. So I want to just draw your attention to how you see yourself. You would say, Well, I'm I'm just a grandmother. I'm just uh a meal worker, I'm just a whatever, but you don't know all that God has placed on the inside of you. Just because you work a certain job, that doesn't define all of who you are. You know, if if if you if you understand the power of a praying grandmother, you you won't be worried about just I'm just a grandmother, I'm just a grandfather, I'm just a worker here, I'm just this, or I'm just no, no, no. You you have to let God define you. You have to let God's word and your identity of who you are in Him begin to define you. So I have to see myself, want you to get this, you have to see yourself the way God sees you. You are loved. You're already loved, you're already chosen. See, you're already loved. His love has already changed your life. Right? His love has already uh His love has already done things. You you don't have to do anything to earn that. You're already loved. You're already chosen. So uh the vision I have of myself is generally the way I function. So I I just want to take the limits off and and ask you to begin to pray differently and seek God differently and understand yourself differently. God may want to do more with you. Sometimes you can do more in the back room as a praying grandmother than you can in the White House. I can see that went over like a ton of bricks. Sometimes a praying grandmother can do more. I I was thinking about this the other day, and I said, We we want to I'll pray and I'll say, I want to see God change the world. And I felt like the Lord said, every time you touch somebody and help them see themselves differently, you do change their world. If I can help you see yourself differently, it will change your world. And and a part of that is just in relationship with people, other people in the body of Christ, is just allowing the Holy Spirit to use you in a way to encourage them to open their eyes and to understand differently. If you believe that you are less than the next person, then you'll see yourself as less than. If you believe that you're not enough, you won't be enough, even though the God on the inside of you is the creator of the ends of the universe. If you see yourself in a certain way, if that's the vision you have of you, then I'm gonna ask you to believe differently. Oftentimes, the person or the thing that you see, the vision that you have of yourself, it's your own reality. People don't, you think that's how you see, that that's who you are, but people don't even see you that way. Because you believe this about yourself. Well, you know, my family just don't, whatever, insert whatever y'all don't. We just never have been that way. Like, for example, I'll give you a good one. So anything the word says, the joy of the Lord is our strength, and here's what you'll say. We just, we just ain't very joyful people. Okay, your life validates what you believe, so I guess the Bible is wrong. No, you, my friend, are wrong. The Bible is truth, and you have believed a lie. Yeah, but I just, I'm just not very. In other words, you're saying my lack of joy, and understand it's the joy of the Lord is your strength. Joy doesn't always, my emotions, I'm not emotionally a ha ha kind of person, right? I'm not that kind of a guy. But the joy of the Lord, it's of the Lord, not mine. And I know how to make a joke or two. I can help you. I'm a helper of your joy. Do you know? Do you know what you call fake pasta?
SPEAKER_02An imposta.
SPEAKER_01See, I know how to make a joke. The bottom line is sometimes we allow things to steal our joy. Let me put it a different way to you, and you this will help you. You'll see yourself differently where this is concerned. If I told you that the oil of joy is what makes that engine run, if you've took the dipstick out and there ain't no oil of joy on it, that engine ain't run, it ain't running long. The oil of joy is the engine for God to begin to use and motivate you and let you see yourself differently. So there's so many ways this works. I want you to go with me uh to a passage of scripture that uh that I want you to look at. I'll find it in two seconds. It's in 1 Kings. Uh 1 Kings says, um, I want to say it's 1 Kings 18. I don't have it in my notes. It's in my spirit.
SPEAKER_02Right. Let's go back.
SPEAKER_01I th uh maybe it's in six, it could be sixteen or seventeen. I'll tell you the scripture and then we we can find it. Um it's when it's when um Elijah has had great success and he comes to a place where Jezebel says Jezebel says, if I don't kill you by tomorrow. And the Bible says, and when he saw it. Now, in reference, where's it at?
SPEAKER_021 Kings 19. There we go.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so look at this. If you don't think how you vision a thing and see a thing is important, you watch what happens. This man has just called down fire in the previous chapters. This man has seen, he he just killed all the prophets of Baal, didn't leave one alive. He's called down fire after he told him, put some more water on it. Ha ha ha ha, put more water on it. And he calls down fire. And then all of a sudden, this is how quickly something can change when you see it. This is to the negative side. You're gonna see what he says. And Ahab told Jezebel that Elijah all that Elijah had done and withal, this is verse one of 1 Kings 19. And I won't get in a hurry because I want you to see this for what it really is. What Elijah had done, and withal, how he had slain the prophets with the sword. Then Jezebel sent a messenger to Elijah saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them, talking about the dead prophets of Baal, she said, If I don't make you like the dead prophets of Baal, she said, Um, and do more also, if I make not thy life as one of as the life of one of them, by tomorrow about this time. And look at verse three for me. And what did he do? He didn't hear it, he saw it. And when he saw it, he got a vision of it. I don't think it was a spiritual vision. I think she spoke words of fear, she spoke words of doubt. This is a man who just had done mighty things. And look what happens, Elder Scott. And when he saw what she said, here's why this is important. We're oftentimes we can believe for what we can see. We believe what we see, and and words carry weight, words carry a lot of weight with them. There you when people begin to talk, you begin to there's images that are created in your mind, especially when you speak by the Spirit. So he he's he's already slain these prophets, he's done great things, but what he saw, and when he saw that, he arose and fled for his life. Now hold on. Now you know how quickly you can go from tearing down altars and killing the prophets of Baal, calling down fire from heaven and saying, uh, look, you watch my God answer by fire. I challenge, he challenges them and he's calling down fire. If you called down fire on people today, I would dare say that tomorrow or within the next two weeks, you'd still be going, woo, look at what God did. I called down fire on them jokers. Right? I bet you they won't stand in line to mess with me. And Jezebel doesn't even flinch. You think the enemy is scared of that? Jezebel doesn't even flinch. She begins to declare what she thinks. Do you know why declarations are powerful? She makes a declaration here, and when he sees it, why? That's important because he's a prophet. Prophets, they not only prophesy, but they see things, right? So there's different kinds of prophetic anointings, and people see things differently. But what I want to draw your attention to is he saw what she said and he believed it. You gotta watch what you see and what you imagine. That's the reason I used to talk to you guys a lot about your imagination. Some of you, your imagination runs wild. Your emotions run wild. And here's what I say to that. If we can't be led by our emotions, I have to teach you to question your emotions. Question them. Don't they're great servants. They're just terrible masters. Emotions are great servants, they're terrible masters. And I just want you to get a vision for where you believe God is taking you. I don't know what that is for you. That's gonna be up to you of where you believe, where you see yourself going in God. And I remind you what I told you a few weeks ago. Every place in your life that doesn't glisten with hope, you've probably believed a lie somewhere. It's because you believe that's a hopeless situation. And there are in heaven's eyes, there are no hopeless causes. There are no hopeless situations. Right? So here's I want to go next. Um, I want to take you to um how can I say let's go to Ephesians chapter one. These are verses that most of you know, verses 17, 18, and 19. And I have shared these so often.
SPEAKER_02And the world has stolen this from the church.
SPEAKER_01If you can see it, you can be it. Now listen, there's some exceptions to that. There's some things God didn't call you to be. You can see it, but he didn't call you to be that. Right? So let's let's be clear about what we're saying here. But when when when we hear songs like back in the day, if I can see it, then I can do it. You know, if if you can see it, if you can walk in it, if that's what God has for you. Now you don't, you can't live my life and I can't live yours, but here's the deal. If you begin to get a vision of where you're going and what God has for you and for your family and so on and so forth, and you start walking in that, if you can see it, you can you can sink faith into it. You can begin to, well, I'm not talking about in the natural, I'm talking about a spiritual thing here. I'm talking about seeing something with the eyes of the spirit. And that's the reason in Ephesians 1, verse 17, he says this that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. Right? So the spirit of wisdom and revelation is not in the natural. That's not a natural thing. It's a spiritual thing. And when God opens your eyes and you begin to live by the spirit and not just always focusing on the natural, things begin to shift for you. So he said, This is a prayer he prayed for the church at Ephesus, and he said, Um, that he may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. The next verse, verse 18, says, The eyes of your understanding being what? Enlightened. You get to see things differently, right? The eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints.
SPEAKER_02Next verse.
SPEAKER_01And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe? You understand the exceeding greatness of his power to who those who believe? What you believe about God and about yourself, and what you believe about the word and what you believe about your calling, and what you believe about your destiny, and what you believe is important. Right? The way you believe a thing is gonna determine how you react to a lot of stuff in life. Right? So if if if you believe that you've got to figure it out always, then you you won't ask, you you you may ask for wisdom, but you don't really believe he's gonna give it to you because you the ones got to figure it out. God, I don't know how we're gonna do this. Well, just show me, Lord, teach me, let the eyes of my understanding be open that I may see what you have for me. It it's a few weeks ago I told you that I saw, a number of weeks ago, I saw almost like a big pitcher of whatever water, tea, whatever, like a big heavenly pitcher, and I saw it pouring out. And I came to the service and sang, Let it rain. Let it rain, open the floodgates of heavy. Why? Because now I saw, I saw it. I saw the image of God pouring it out in here. I saw it. Now I can believe for it. Right? Now I can believe for it. Now, here's the thing. I know somebody'd say, I think pastors just imagining things. Don't stop me. If I imagine that right there and that's what I'm believing for, don't stop me. Don't here's the second question. Why in why in the world would you even want to stop me from saying such? That's the most foolish thing I've heard. The only person who'd say that is somebody who has no faith. No faith. But if you know what you saw and if you know what he's showing you, you begin to understand life differently. You you live out of the unseen realm, you live out of the spirit, and you just see things differently. So uh the spirit of wisdom and the eyes of your understanding being opened so that you can see things differently. Now, here's here's how I'm gonna close. I'm never gonna have time to share all of these notes uh and and everything that I have written down here, but I want to go to Genesis chapter 15, verses 1. Uh so we'll start with verse 1, and I'll I'll get as far along as I can just because I think uh Abraham is uh the father of faith. And in Genesis chapter 15, this is what the word says. Uh after these things, Genesis 15, 1, the word of the Lord came to Abraham how in a vision. The word of the Lord came to him in a vision. Now he's gonna speak to him in just a little while, and it's not gonna be a vision, he's gonna speak differently, but in this particular instance, he says, the word of the Lord came to him in a vision. Now that means he saw something, he had a vision of something, and it it it caused him to understand differently, and then he begins to dialogue with the Lord differently. Watch this. After these things, the word of the Lord came unto Abraham in a vision, saying, First of all, fear not, Abraham.
SPEAKER_02I'm your shield and your exceeding great reward.
SPEAKER_01There's people in here right now that if you could just hear that one verse alone where God says, Don't fear. Don't fear, put your name in there, don't fear. I am your shield and your exceeding great reward. And so I love the way look, watch how faith functions in Abraham. Because it for me, especially in the early days, I'm trying to learn different now, but in the early days, if I got one vision from the Lord, I'm up out of here. I'm gone. I got me a vision. But watch what the father of faith does. He doesn't just stop at the vision, he gets the vision and he hears what God says. He sees it. Now, here's the thing. I don't believe what God said in this scripture is what he saw the vision for. He showed him the vision, and the scripture doesn't tell us what that vision is. But here's what he does say. It says he showed him a vision, and he's he says to him, and this key for you too. He says, Don't fear. Shown you a vision. I need you to believe it. I need you to sink faith into it, but don't you fear, Abraham. I am your shield, I'm your protector, and I am your reward. So Abraham doesn't stop right there. He just says, Lord God, what are you gonna give me seeing I go childless? Notice how Abraham comes right back to the thing that matters to him. God's trying to show him a vision, and this is where this is what I believe. You you can interpret it any way you like, but he sees this vision for what I don't know. I believe it probably had something to do with the fact that he goes childless. What that really means is he did not have an heir to leave his inheritance. At this particular time, he didn't have it. And in that day, if he didn't have an heir, he had to leave it to the steward of the house, Eliezer. He was gonna leave it to a servant. Okay. But he tells him before we get started, this is the vision, don't fear, I'm your shield and your exceeding great reward. And he said, Well, but Lord, what are you gonna do? What you're gonna what are you gonna give me seeing I go childless and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? Now, here's here's where you need, I know I've been going a long time, but I need you to just sink it right here and hear what I say. Eliezer's name in Hebrew means it it means God is my help. He said, now I think this is uh type and shadow of the Holy Spirit. God is our helper. The Holy Spirit is your help, right? He's your He's your helper. When you don't know what to pray, He prays for you. He helpeth our infirmities, he helps our weaknesses, he's our helper. In fact, when you pray in the Holy Ghost, and the the Bible says when you pray in the Spirit, He helpeth our infirmities. The word helper there really means to take hold together with. So you're praying in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Spirit takes hold together with. You're not just Shabbai out there by yourself. When you Shabbai, when you get your Holy Ghost prayer on, the Holy Ghost prays with you and for you and through you. He helps, he takes hold together with. He takes hold together with this thing that you're praying about. You don't know how for we for we know not what we ought to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit helpeth our infirmities. He's our helper, he's our Eliezer. And Eliezer, he says, I have I know that God is, I have an Eliezer. I know that God is my help. How many of you know that God is your help? You know that. You know that he's your helper. Then here's my question: if you know he's your helper, why is he not helping you with the things you need help with? Could it be that you believe something wrong about that situation? I just need God to do it. I just need God to help me. I just need God. Listen, He is, the Holy Ghost is your helper. He will help you. The Holy Ghost is your helper. The Holy Ghost is how you're gonna get to that vision that you've already seen. Right? So he says, and Abraham, so he says to him, What are you gonna do, Lord? I still don't you're telling me all this, and I still don't have what I want. I still don't have a child. Now, for you that's gonna be different because some of you are sitting here this morning saying, I know all that about God, but I still don't have what I want. Hang tight and see this. And Abraham said, Behold, to me thou's given no seed, and lo, one born in mine house is mine heir. And behold, the word of the Lord in verse 4 came unto him, saying, This shall be thine heir. But it this shall not be, yeah, this shall not be thine heir. He said, You're not gonna have to give it to Eliezer. You're not gonna have to give it to your servant. I'm gonna show you what I'm gonna do. Now, most of you know the story. Abraham was already up in years, and if you go to Romans chapter 4 and you wanna read the whole story and understand, he's up in years. He is um he he's he's struggling, and he says he considered not his own body, nor the deadness of Sarah's womb. Lord, we don't even have the tools to have a baby. And he said, What did what did the father of faith do? The father of faith said he considered not his own body. I'm just getting too old for all this. I just I'm just getting this. No, no. He considered not his own body, nor the deadness of Sarah's womb. Because he could have said, I think my body's fine, but you know that woman you gave me, she she just she's past childbearing years. He considered not his own body, nor the deadness of Sarah's womb. Well, it's just it ain't never happened. They've been trying for all these years, and it ain't never happened. And what did God say from the beginning? But he got a vision, he saw it in a vision. And he says, Word of the Lord came into him, verse 4, this shall not be thine heir. But he that shall come forth out of thine own boughs shall be thine heir. And he brought him forth abroad and said, Look not toward heaven, and tell the stars if thou be able. He said, Now, look toward heaven, and tell the stars if thou be able to number them. And he said unto him, This is how your seed's gonna be. In other words, God said, You're worried about one baby, you're worried about one heir, and I want you to look up and see all those stars up there and tell me if you can name them all, because your kids are gonna be more than that. He's thinking bigger, he's thinking bigger, and you're thinking, I just need one thing. And he said, I've already got you taken care of. You want one child, you're looking for one heir, and then he says to you, again, get a vision. Now he's giving him another visual. He's saying, Look up, look at all them stars. Tell me if you can name those stars. Of course, he's saying, No, I can't, I can't name them all stars. He said, That's what your kids are gonna be like, right there. That's what your kids are gonna be like. Now he's showing him another something to help him believe. Watch how God works if we let him. He's showing him visuals of things, he's giving him these visuals so he can believe, so that he can see things differently. And he said, Uh look to the heaven, verse five, and tell the stars if thou art able to number them. And he said, So shall thy seed be. Now we quote this verse all the time, but we don't believe it in the context that he's given it to us here. And he believed the Lord and it was counted to him for righteousness. I have you ever connected the dots that his belief he, when he says he believed the Lord, I always thought when he said he believed the Lord and it was counted for righteousness, that he was talking to him about righteousness. He wasn't even talking to him about righteousness, he was talking to him about having an heir. He's talking to him about having kids. He's he's talking something totally different. And and God says, the word says he believed God and it was counted to him for righteousness. That's a powerful statement. Righteousness wasn't available at this time, by the way. Not the righteousness that we know. Righteousness wasn't available in this time. Abraham just reached into another realm because Jesus hasn't been to the cross yet. Abraham has stepped over into something and he's believing God. He's looking for an heir, and God said, I'm not only give you an heir, I'm gonna show you righteousness. I'm gonna show you something even bigger than what you're believing for, right? And he said unto, and I'll here's where I'll finish. And he said unto him, I am the Lord that brought thee up out of Ur of the Chaldees to give this land to inherit it. He said, I brought you up from where you were. Ur of the Chaldees were not godly people. He said, I'm the one that brought you up out of that. I'm the one that brought you here into this land, and I'm gonna give it to you as an inheritance. Now, all of a sudden, he's looking around. Think about waking up in the morning and looking around saying, That land's mine, and that land's mine, and that land's mine, and those stars up there, those are all my kids. Now, see the power of him seeing something and having a vision. Now, here's my challenge for you, and you can stand on your feet. My challenge is this: my challenge is to know the power of your God and to see him as bigger and to see yourself because you're created in his image and after his likeness, to see yourself differently. Every place in your life that doesn't glisten with hope, you've most likely believed a lie. So, what about all the bad places? I'm gonna ask you to get with God on that because there's lots of bad spaces and places in life. But you know what I've learned I have to do with all the bad places and spaces? First of all, I have to stay in faith. Second of all, I have to give it to Him. God is ultimately still the giver of life, the giver of hope, the miracle worker. It's him, I believe, I believe, based on what I've seen, I saw my vision. Without a vision, the people perish. Without a vision, the people cast off restraint, without a vision. I have to get a different vision of who I am, and you're way more powerful than you think you are, you're way more gifted than you think you are. You're you're you're living below your privileges, you're way more powerful than you think you are. There's a mighty God that lives in you. There's a mighty God that lives in you, and you are more than a conqueror. You're not just a conqueror, you're more than a conqueror. You know what that word really means? I've explained it several times lately. More than a conqueror, the Greek word is hoopo-nikio. That's where we get our word Nike. Hyper Nike. Who got on a Nike song today? You got your Ho-Nikio song, you got your Nikes? Listen, it is truly where we get our word Nike from. Hoopo-Nikio. It means more than a conqueror. You're not just a conqueror, that would leave you below who you really are. You're more than. You don't know what I've got to overcome. You're more than. You're bigger than. Don't get it twisted. You ain't all that. But the God on the inside of you, oh, have mercy. The God on the inside of you is more than enough. The God on the inside of you can give you a vision that will change things tomorrow. Listen, if He don't do anything but give you a vision that'll help you with hope. I'm asking Father in Jesus' mighty name that the eyes of their understanding will be open, enlightened, that they will know what is the hope of their calling. I thank you furthermore for a spirit of wisdom and revelation. Let us see by the Spirit. Let us understand so that we can sink our faith into it. Anything we see, we can believe. Give us visions and dreams. For every person who, if you're a dreamer, anybody in here, God gives you dreams. Anybody in here, God gives you dreams, dreams. I know Carrie used to have dreams, I know dreams. Write down your dreams. Write them down and pray over them. What you see even in the dream begins to be so powerful. You see it. You know why the enemy attacks me with fear in my dreams? Because he wants me to fear. He wants me to fear. Just saying to you, get a different set of eyes. Ask God, some of you need healing in your eyes. Not because you don't have a good pair of glasses or contacts, just because spiritually you need healing in your eyes. Lord, let it be so in Jesus' mighty name. Open the eyes of our heart and let us see by faith. Let us see signs, wonders, and miracles. Let us see what you want to do in the earth in this hour, in and through us. Let us see our family in heaven's eyes. Let us put on the lens of the Holy Ghost and see through that lens and see what you want to do in our families and in their lives. Give us fresh vision for the future, I pray. Stir us, O God. Dreams and visions, oh God, prophetic understanding. Let it flow in the house. In Jesus' mighty name. And everybody said, Amen, amen.
